Receive a Quote
When receiving a quote from VanDusen Contracting after the initial consultation, customers can expect a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with their construction project. The quote will detail the scope of work, materials needed, and an estimated for completion, ensuring that all aspects are clearly communicated.
The Green Light
Once you accept the VanDusen Contracting Quote, we will collaborate with you to establish a construction timeline and begin organizing all project elements. A building contract will be drafted, and after all parties have signed it, we will send a deposit invoice and commence construction once the necessary council plans and approvals from regulatory bodies are in place.
The Build
Once the construction begins, we will keep you informed and oversee the work on-site as well as the supply of materials. We go above and beyond, treating our clients with respect and your home as if it our own. Our goal is to achieve the best possible outcome and inspire those around us to give their all.
